please calibrate after the system is installed in the testing machine (this operation is only required before the first test)

please set the test parameters before the test. Otherwise, the system will use the last parameter or the default parameter by default

note: Please note the parameters after calibration and setting, so there are strict requirements on the flame retardancy and electrical performance of materials. It is intended to check and save the data (it will be automatically saved under some interfaces), and the system will automatically use the saved parameters when it is next started up

gain 1 is related to the sensitivity of the sensor and can be matched with the toggle switch of the hardware

set the gain 1 at the appropriate position. If the position of the toggle switch changes, the hardware Zero position should be recalibrated

1 select the type of motor and the corresponding relationship between the moving direction of the machine and the force on the sensor (it must be operated by professionals who pay special attention to inserting the positioning pin)

2 calibration speed

calibration method: the calibration sequence of speed is from large to small. Select the corresponding speed and adjust the parameters to make the running speed of the motor within the operating error range. If the DC motor is less than 100mm/min, it should be calibrated point by point. If it is more than 100, it can be calculated according to 500mm/min. If the stepper or servo motor only needs to calibrate a speed, it can complete the calibration

3 calibration load

calibration steps:

a) enter the sensor configuration to make the configuration information consistent with the actual value

b) adjust the hardware Zero position to judge the wear resistance of the ink layer (or coating) so that the display is 0

c) the emergency stop switch is used to enter the gain 1 adjustment in case of emergency when the machine is abnormal. The load is loaded to 100% of the full scale (80% ~ 100%), so that the displayed value is consistent with the actual value

note: gain 1 is the basic gain, and other gains are fine-tuning gains, which are based on gain 1

d) enter gain 2 adjustment, load to 50% of the full scale (80% ~ 100%), make the displayed value consistent with the actual value

e) enter gain 3 adjustment, load to 20% of the full scale (80% ~ 100%), make the displayed value consistent with the actual value

f) enter gain 4 adjustment, load to 10% of the full scale (80% ~ 100%), make the displayed value consistent with the actual value
